Insight seen as great workplace for women for fifth year in a row

Company named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ again

Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), a Solutions Integrator driving client success through digital transformation, has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ (2024) for the fifth consecutive year.

Insight ranks 33rd among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ (2024) in the Super Large organisations category, for its ongoing commitment to supporting women within the company. Its recognition has been the result of an intensive survey of female employees.

“At Insight, we continually look at how we can maintain equality in the workplace. We are always promoting Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives, working with our Teammate Resource Groups on a year-round agenda to champion equal rights and opportunities for all,” said Carly Turner, HR Manager for Insight UK. “Additionally, we have schemes which have been set up with the primary aim of training people from diverse backgrounds.”

Eighty-five percent of the ranking is derived from women's personal accounts of their work environment, with the list of winners indicative of the backing provided for female employees. As an example of the types of questions posed, the survey examines whether people trust each other and whether employees can reach their full human potential, no matter who they are or what they do.
