Nexus Rental Drives Record Peak Performance

Leading B2B vehicle and plant hire solution Nexus has announced an unparallelled peak period for 2025-26, securing record-breaking figures for vehicles supplied, partners utilised and customer savings. The business also received continued positive feedback internally and externally.

Nexus achieved a 25% year-on-year increase in the number of vehicles supplied over the peak period in 2025-26, which equalled over 7,000 vehicles. The business also prevented 15% of damage claims being recharged, saving the customer both hassle and cost.

The achievement follows further investment and advancements to Iris®, which has ensured clients benefit from even smarter, faster and more efficient fleet solutions and can take control of the ever-fluctuating demand. To support this growth and investment, Nexus utilised more than 150 supply partners over the peak period.

Yvonne Palmer, Supply Chain Director of Nexus Rental, said: “Our peak season performance is a testament to the strength of our supplier partnership network and the quality we deliver together. By working collaboratively with our partners, we maintained exceptional product standards and ensured vehicles were delivered reliably, even at the highest levels of demand.”

“This focus, combined with our teams unwavering commitment to excellent customer service, meant we continued to provide the dependable, high-quality experience our customers expect throughout the busiest period of the year.”

Recent upgrades to the Iris® platform include the introduction of a bulk group update tool, which enables large-scale booking changes to be completed in seconds, saving large amounts of manual effort.

The record peak period comes after landmark year of growth for Nexus in 2025, with the business reporting double-digit growth in gross and net revenue, alongside enhanced EBITDA.
