Progressive commercial law firm Square One Law has bolstered its commercial property team with the appointment of skilled solicitor, Elizabeth Shaduwa.

Boasting 17 years’ experience working in numerous property and healthcare-related roles, Elizabeth will bring a wealth of experience and know-how to the firm’s property team.

Prior to joining Square One, where she will take up the role of senior associate, she held the position of head of commercial property and associate solicitor at Buxton Coates Solicitors.

Elizabeth has experience specialising in dental and other healthcare sectors, overseeing commercial property transactions for the firm, including landlord and tenant, property development, financing, acquisitions and disposals.

Her new role at Square One however will see her take on even more responsibility as she looks to help build on the firm’s impressive record of advising and supporting its many clients on everything from property development to land acquisition, managing assets and sales and acquisitions.

Working out of Square One’s Leeds office, Elizabeth is the latest in a string of key appointments made by the law firm over recent months as it continues to invest in their team and look to support its growing client base.
