A New Era for Harrogate natural wellbeing firm, Harrogate Organics

The Harrogate Organics Company Limited was acquired on 6th June 2025 by Harrogate-based Strive Group Brands Limited, after the wellbeing business went into administration on 23rd May2025. Continuing to trade under the name of The Harrogate Organics Company, the business is under ownership of Strive Group Brands, a subsidiary of its parent company, Strive Group Limited.Celebrating 25 years of business this March, the group deliver multidisciplinary experiences for brands, employees and customers for the likes of Honda, Papa Johns and Codu. Strive’s short-term aim was to take stock of its position, close the town centre shop and take thebrand from loss making to profit making – a goal which was achieved in November.The Harrogate Organics Company is known for its solution-based wellness products which include their award-winning Magnesium Spray, earning the brand a strong reputation.Building on this goodwill, the group are deploying a new strategy which includes website improvements, employee training and a brand refresh which is expected to be complete within 12 months.Also part of the strategy is a focus on new product development, specifically within the Magnesium, Skincare and Supplement categories.
